We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, company, and message when you request a demo, contact us, or use the in-site assistant. When you use the RFPOffice platform, we process the documents and content you upload solely to provide the service to you.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and improve it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your requests, demos, and support questions.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the RFPOffice platform.
• Keep our service and your account secure.
• Send you service updates and, where permitted, relevant communications you can opt out of at any time.

Content you upload to the platform is isolated to your workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never used to train external AI models. You retain ownership of your data, and you can request its export or deletion at any time. See our Security & Trust page for more detail.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
