By accessing or using RFPOffice (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate the rights of others.

You retain all rights to the documents, data, and content you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant RFPOffice a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train external AI models.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by RFPOffice and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RFPOffice helps you draft and manage proposals, but you are responsible for reviewing all output and ensuring your submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant before you submit them. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including the award of any contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFPOffice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, you may request export of Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
